We train children’s workers how to equip other adults for effective ministry with children.
During a 10-day course we share Bible perspective on leadership. Tutors-to-be learn the principles of training adults and practice all the necessary skills by presenting Children Mission M1 and M2 training sessions. Besides, they find out small-group dynamics and approaches to promote the ministry.
We expect a tutor to be involved in training people in his local church and possibly participating in other trainings presented by Children Mission.

For more than 19 years Children Mission is training children workers and parents. In Ukraine alone almost 6000 people were trained how to love and teach children God’s way. Besides, God opened doors to minister to people in Russia and Moldova and from 2006 – in Armenia and UK.
