Children Mission took part in the Annual Expo for children’s workers

Annual Expo for children’s workers was held in Kiev, Ukraine, on October 21st-22nd, 2011. It was organized by International Charity Fund “ABC’s of Life”. This annual forum gathers together organizations and missions from all over Ukraine which minister to children, teenagers and youth. Expo serves as a platform for people from local churches meet different ministries set by God to help them and equip them. Expo also serves as a market-place to acquire different resources needed for the ministry – books, programs, CDs, crafts, etc.

This year Children Mission participated at the Expo. CM tutors met children workers, answered questions about children’s ministry, told people about the coming trainings. During the Expo Children Mission presented two workshops for visitors – “How to conduct Sunday meetings with children at church” and “How games can help build relationships with children”. 350 people participated at our workshops during the two days of the Expo-2011.

“We are so glad to meet people who are obedient to God’s call to minister to kids and who are eager to grow in their skills and knowledge,”- says Lyudmila Bryn, the Executive Director of Children Mission-International. “God brought people from different regions of Ukraine to our workshops at this Expo. It’s privilege for us to serve them during workshops and to network with them for further trainings. God is bringing us together for the sake of children – that kids will be saved and grow in Christ”.
